Internet/computer problems!!!?

Every 5 minutes, a box pops up saying internet explorer script error. I have tried reinstalling it and it didnt do anyhting. i am the only person using my computer. in desperate need of help.PLEASE GIVE ME AN ANSWER!!!!

disable script error reporting, in internet options-advanced.
Your internet explorer browser might have gone corrupted. You need to reinstall the Internet Explorer.

Try to browse the internet using a windows browser first and see if it does the samething giving error message.

Open "My Computer" and on the address bar type the address of any website. Browse the website for site for a while to see if it gives

the same problem.

Follow the steps below to replace/reinstall the IE components.

1. Click on start and then click on Run and type "appwiz.cpl" without quotes. This will open up your add/remove programs. Choose

2. Now you need to deselect the windows component related to the internet explorer. Click on apply, OK and then restart the system.

Then go back and add the same IE component under the Add/Remove Windows component. Click on Apply and OK and restart once

again. Check if that has resolved that issue.

3. Also click on Start and click on Search files and folder and try to search for ie.inf (search hidden files and folder)and right click on it and click on install. This should fix the issue.

4. If it still comes up then you need to put a check mark under disable script debugging and remove the check mark under "display notification about every script error"

I cant open internet explorer on my computer. it is my friends computer from wich i am typing.

it sometimes opens but it opens for about 5 minutes and then there is an error and it closes. i have also reported the error several times but no solution to the problem is displayed.

i cant live without it please help

Your Internet Explorer browser is currupt! ....

There are 3 solutions:

1) Re-Install Windows (will take up a lot of time)

2) Re-Install Internet Explorer (i have given the download link in sources)

3) Download and install a better browser called Mozilla Firefox. It is more powerful than any other browser (as far as my experience says). I recommend installing Firefox (i have given the download link in sources)

Try this:

Start -%26gt; Run -%26gt; Iexplore.. this should make the internet explorer work for you temporarily.

Reporting the error will not give you a solution, it just goes into a microsoft data base. Paste the error contents in the question.. that will give me an idea as to what is causing it in the first place.
you cant do anythig to repair your internet explorer but you can install another browser. I recommend you Opera 9 Beta.

oyu could try to install internet explorer 7. this will replace the old one ...so the error will dissappear
you can try using windows update and try and see if some update for IE is available. after update your problem might get resolved.

have you tried scanning your PC for virus??

if still having problems.. rather then installing Windows XP again, try using Mozilla or firefox for browser. They are very good and free.
Unless you are a devoted IE user, you could use Mozilla Firefox or Opera. I do know that Firefox has extensions that can add IE tabs in it, if you still want to use IE in some way. I don't know if Opera has that capability, but I'm sure it does.
Try downloading Mozilla Firefox, I had a similar problem and could not fix it.

Sometimes changing browsers is the only solution...

no no no don't restore, no need to do all that, it'll get u in trouble for this kinda thing... are u sure its not useR8.dll. or Iuser8.dll .

try goin to

type in 'msconfig' without quotes

go2 the start up tab, this tab controls wat starts up with your computer, see if u see anything not worth keeping, do internet searches on everything in there and u will find descriptions of what they are and if u need it 2 start with your computer. uncheck the ones u dont want, see if that helps

btw, this is a very uncommon error, it has something to do with internet explorer obviously,

quite simple

1. open tools -%26gt; internet options -%26gt; look out for option blank page

selct the same

2. On the same tab delete cookies, delete files and clear history. Close and restart internet explorer if problems persists check for

3. search of temp internet folder on your computer.

4. Delete all the contents of that folder.

I am able to surf the net on Mozilla but as soon as I try to get onto Internet Explorer to go to certain websites it won't work. I've tried numerous websites and IE is still not working.

If I were you, I'd stop using IE. I'm using Firefox Browser and I'm happy with it. Firefox has everything you need in a browser. Why switch to IE?
hope you are using windows XP and upgraded IE to version 7... if it's so, its very common, the latest IE (version 7) has so many problems especially with other laguages than English. please try using the IE version 6. Go to add/remove programs on control panel and remove that update of IE.
